For most clients, level one will be about creating positive and lasting changes to your mobility, strength and appearance. In re-setting and strengthening the physical foundations around nutrition, consistency and exercise, we can move to level two.

HELPING YOU REST AND RECOVER
We’ll start to look at where you can achieve greater balance in your life to make sure you are getting the right amount of rest and recovery across all areas, from relationships to work, sleep and movement. We’ll work together on your specific growth plan that outlines the right actions in the right order to achieve the biggest impact.

Mind
IMPROVING YOUR MINDSET
This third level will help you become more aware of the big possibilities in your life, remove any self-limiting beliefs and get you motivated for your future. We’ll achieve this through positively changing your mindset around what’s possible and setting some very specific goals to work towards.

3 Pillars of Sustainable Change
There are 3 Pillars that we believe are fundamental to change: Mindset, Nutrition and Training. Our experience has shown that balance between all 3 is essential to lasting change, with mindset being the more important.
MINDSET
We change the root of what holds most back from what we want, our head. We help to rewrite the stories within about who we are and what we can do by asking the right questions to help find out what the right answers inside us are.
NUTRITION
Rather than something to fear and control, food is our energy, our fuel to grow and something to be enjoyed and shared. We will work with you to build sustainable long term habits so healthy eating becomes a natural part of life.
TRAINING
Progressive Personal Training builds a foundation of mobility and strength that allows us to take on anything. Other forms of exercise are limited in impact, but Progressive Training will make us look, feel and progress better.

Regardless of your programme, Tristan’s team is on hand to provide one-to-one
support every step of the way. We only work with a limited number of clients at
any one time so our coaches can provide the dedicated time and attention
