“Before I started training, I regularly didn’t have any energy, I would be tired come 3 or 4 p.m. most days, even though I’ve had one or two coffees.
I knew I wanted to get into the gym, when I spent possibly 2 years in the gym but making no progress.
I like to believe I knew what I was doing, but I didn’t.
Truth is, I didn’t eat correctly at all.
I thought if I just kept going back I’d kind of get there but ultimately that never progressed.
TH Training for me was more than just training in the gym and learning how to do weights, it was emotional support.
It is true that just showing up at the studio to train with somebody else, kind of forced me to do it.
I definitely didn’t have the willpower to do it on my own.
Every single time I trained it was with respect.
If I said I don’t feel good today we could compensate for that.
The mental coaching that’s there is more than enough, for me to know that I’m going to be not predisposition towards the gym like this for the rest of my life.
And definitely, I’m hoping that, I can just continue on and by the time I’m 35, I’m still feeling as good as I do now.”
