HOW MUCH IS A PERSONAL TRAINER?

A common (and understandable) first question when people get in touch is “How much is Personal Training?”

The short answer is that it depends on how much you want to train, and what approach will get you what you want. Let me run through how it works.

When you first get in touch, you’ll answer some preliminary questions, then we’ll meet up for a free consultation, or talk on the phone if you can’t come in. Through that process, I build up a very detailed picture of where you are, what’s important to you, and what your goals are.

Basically, you tell me why, and I tell you how.

After that, I have the info I need to design a program for you. I’ll run through it with you, give you an outline of what we can achieve together, along with a timeline and cost, and then it’s your decision whether or not to pull the trigger.

Roughly, the levels of input are remote Personal Training & Nutrition via our app, which starts from €150/month, or one-on-one Personal Training and Nutrition in studio and via the app, which typically starts at €450/month, depending on the frequency of your training and how badass you want to be. I happily offer a 100% money back guarantee to everyone I work with, so there’s no risk – only upside.

The cost is not insignificant. However, what it demands is a value shift, and a change in perspective – I ask my would-be clients to think about paying for a result rather than for a process, and if you’d like to hear what our current clients say about their experiences, you can read more here.

You will get cheaper elsewhere. I know that. But I don’t believe you’ll get better. What I give you is time, focus, support, and above all, certainty.

I offer my clients a safe and specialised space, where we work together, calmly and consistently, with total commitment to their goals. I have the great privilege of helping people transform before my eyes into stronger, better versions of themselves. The ongoing research, measurement, expertise and experience is on me. Turning up and giving it your best shot is on you.

If you’re reading this, you’ve already made the first step. There’s a reason you’re looking at Personal Trainers or trying to make a change in your life. You have a picture of your ideal and you want to move towards it in the most effective, enjoyable and sustainable way.

So, write your goal down, visualise what it will look like and feel like, and decide how much getting there is worth to you. Are there things you could let go of to hit a higher plane of fitness and wellbeing? Does it feel to you that it’s worth it?

Most people fail in life not because they aim too high and miss, but because they aim too low and hit
